Worldwide Military Funding, Inc. provides one year term loans (also called an installment loan). We do not offer Payday
Loans, Revolving Line of Credit Loans, Auto Title Loans or Tax Anticipation Loans. Our loans are designed to assist you
in meeting current needs without burdening you with short repayment periods. There are no restrictions on how your
loan proceeds may be utilized. When borrowing from us, there is no penalty for paying off your loan early.
Additionally, our loans are fully amortized, meaning that each payment covers interest and a portion of the
outstanding principal due.
The laws governing traditional long-term loans, short-term loans, payday loans, and revolving lines of credit vary
from state to state and from country to country. All applications, transactions, and credit decisions involving your
installment loan with Worldwide Military Funding, Inc. are funded through Worldwide Military Funding, Inc.,
a Panamanian company. All applications, transactions, and credit decisions will be deemed to have taken place
in Panama, regardless of where you may be viewing or accessing this site. Your documents will be signed
electronically at our server. Borrower is responsible for complying with any local statutory obligations
that may exist in their state or area with respect to any transactions with Worldwide Military Funding, Inc.
If we approve your application, the order to disperse funds will originate from our office in Panama.
Our transactions are governed by laws of Panama. The laws of Panama governing installment loans may differ
from the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. If you do not want to enter into an installment loan
subject to the laws of Panama, you should apply for a loan at a provider located in the jurisdiction
where you live. All aspects and transactions on this site will be deemed to have taken place in Panama.
This transaction shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Panama without regard to its conflicts
of law principles, regardless of the order in which the parties agree. The Agreement shall be deemed
executed in Panama.
Your acceptance of our service confirms your prior acceptance of this Agreement and to jurisdiction located
within Panama. Further, if any provision(s) of the Arbitration Clause is/are found invalid, you agree that
all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly, from this Agreement shall be litigated in such
courts and consent that valid service of process may be made by certified or registered mail,
to you at your address set forth herein or as may otherwise be designated hereafter by you in writing,
and service so made shall be complete two days after delivery as aforesaid.
